i have tried may servers offering that servce but they or so complicated that i m unable to use them

try http://www.angelfire.lycos.com/, they have frontpage extension

Freewebs.com is by far the best free web host (and without a plague of ads also). On MS frontpage it would be best that you name your homepage/main page index.htm.Once you've signed up, log in of course, and click upload file, and upload your index.htm.

If you have a Yahoo email account you can use geocities for free using front page which I use for all of my auctions and web pages I have. Good luck it is not hard to use geocities.
