i wouldnt sue family members but ill sue anyone else.
i told my boss id sue "if i were the childs mother" when a small inncedent happened at the local shops
he argued with me telling me that was wrong, and he wouldnt sue, and got another worker to back him up.
i think he was paranoid of some of the comments and sexual gestures he made to me when i first started

It clearly states in my grandmother's will that all of her jewelry is to be given to me upon her death as long as I am 18 or over at the time... I was 20 when she passed... and my mom now says that Granny didn't mean ALL of it... just the stuff that my mom didnt want
so now theres about $100,000 worth of stuff I'll never get

my real mother died when I was young so I grew up with a step mother. I hate her more than I hate anything in this world, and I'd do more than sue her I'd like to beat her senseless, and throw rock at her eye.

Nope, she's my best friend. If we had some kind of an issue that I COULD sue her about, we'd just talk it out and come to some kind of an agreement.

you shouldnt judge people...i have a friend whos mum told lies to take her kids so she can get money now my friend hasto go to court to fight her mum to get her own child back! not all mothers are angels...i know ALOT of kids who have there heads screwed on better than there parents..so again its a depends situation...i dont always think its "low" sorry to disagree..
