well i cant even get videos to save to my memory card and i know how to get pictures off of my phone but i cant figure out how to get my videos onto the computer this sucks please help <3

There should be a usb port, where you plug in your charger, you can purchase the software from your service provider, (cell service), and get the cable from them, although, the cable will be about one forth the price if you go to a computer store or an electronics store.

the SLVR has bluetooth, so you can send it that way. Bluetooth is availible with some laptops, or you can buy a bluetooth usb device (I got mine for $20). If you want to be able to send to your phone as well youll need to buy the software which costs more.
