I take into consideration all of what is said here, but that does not mean I "do what they say." My decisions are made based on my own experience and judgment. I find it very insightful to hear what everyone else has to say, and sometimes just disagreeing with a person's comments may help me make my decision. Sometimes, I get alot of answers that I would never have thought about. A fresh angle and perspective, if you will.

Not really, it's just fun to see peoples opinions about things. You can consider the answer, i guess. I just love to read others answers. They can be quite funny and at imes quite informative, you have a lot of smart ones on here don't cha think

NEVER! i dont listen to people's advice in real life, let alone yahoo answers. i dont think its a good idea to listen to others advice.
do what you want, if it turns out good then great! if not, then you have a mistake to learn from. thats what life is about... its not about listening to how things worked out for other people and never trying it yourself because you heard so and so say its not a good idea.

Occasionally I'll ask a serious question and I have received good advice.
- fear of flying
-introducing new cats
-wine suggestions
-recipes for tapas
those are the ones I remember now.

I try to give usable answers while adding a tad bit of wit in with them...If it is a serious question/serious answer.
If it is a frivolous question/very witty answer.
