My 2 firends don't like each other and make me chose between them but i only get 2 see them each once a week. I have no idea what 2 do plz give me some i deas.

I have exactly the same problem as you. What I do is schedule separate times with both of them. That way I can at least hang out with both of them during the week sometime, even though it is not all together. Also, when my friend and I are together, they respect me enough not to bad-talk the other person, because they know I am friends with them as well. Just talk it out with your friends, they will understand that you are friends with both of them. It will be hard, but at least you're still friends with them! Good luck :)

There's 2 things you can do...1st, either let them decide if they're going to hang out with you and your other friend. This way the choice is really up to them. Or the 2nd is to just have to pick that one day you're going to hang out with one friend and the other with the other. It's a tough decision that you shouldn't be put in the middle of.

Leave them both alone until they can sort out their differences. Because a real true friend of friends wouldn't put you in this type of friendship.
