It isn't written anywhere, but it sure oughta' be!!
Nobody should be expected to even start to think about beginning a preliminary idea without the first cup of java just to get the brain cells moving.
Then, and only then, can you procrastinate on the very next thing you do...go to the restroom now and avoid the rush. Then when you go again in 30 minutes for your first break of the day, you can make a decision regarding work.
