well, er... i just remembered from my school science lessons a naked human emits 100watts of heat, um... my place or yours? ;-)

a warm bath in a warm room, followed by wrapping up in blankets and having warm drinks. This treatment cured my daughter when she had a mild case of hypothermia after lying on a freezing rock for too long.

I do 12 Hour shifts standing around outside so i usually either drink plenty of soups and coffee or jump on the spot!! Look a bit of a prat but keeps me warm :)

Cuddle up to my hubby if hes home or put the fire on and a thick jumper, it is so freezing today my dog didn't want to be bothered going for her usual big walk.

Move about. Go for a walk making sure you are well wrapped up. The more you sit around the colder you will feel. I have been cleaning the inside windows and feel fine now.

Make a hot drink like hot chocolate or tea, and sip it whilst covered in a blanket, in a heated room. Better yet if there is someone to snuggle up to. My cat acts like a heater :)
