My son (11) spray painted on the neighbors fence, which is fiberglass and has a faux wood finish. I tried Graffitti Romover from Home Depot but that didnt take it off. Is there something else I can use that will not ruin the faux finish but will remove the paint?

Try a marine store. Most boats are made of fiberglass. They will have cleaners, polishes and rubbing compounds that will work.
Fiberglass has a coating with the color built in. It's called gelcoat. A mild abrasive will remove the spray paint and not damage the gelcoat. Just don't use something that's too abrasive or polish it too hard in one place. It is possible to go through the gel coat to the glass fibers underneath, bit not likely.

Don't laugh at me , but try WD-40. You'll have to put a little elbow grease to it too. P.S. Boys will be boys.
