Sounds like there are no accidents, when there are many!! People do things everyday without thinking. Maybe it means it takes thought to succeed.

It means you have used so many negatives in the same sentence it is difficult to know what you are asking. A double negative is bad enough but you have gone way beyond that.
Perhaps what your are asking is "What does nothing happens without think?" mean.

What that means is before anything can happen someone must have an idea and then act upon it.

'Nothing meaningful could happen without thinking' would be more appropriate.
