I am a 30 year old straight man. I quite like the idea of wearing opaque tights under my trousers. There see to be quite a lot of tights/pantyhose marketed at men these days. Would women find this really weird or off-putting? Should I try them?

when i worked on building sites 90% of men wore them to keep warm,i dont think women would be put off, some find it a great turn on, i won 1st prize at a spanish bbq for dressing up, and believe me i got some very good sexual offers from the ladies, i sell stockings and tights on ebay, maj of customers are men.

Wear what you like. It's your personal choice. My question to you would be why do you have to state that you are straight? You say they're are plenty of tights/pantyhose marketed at men anyways. So are high heels, and lingerie. Is this more of a secret cross dressing issue? Cause if you are wearing under your trousers I don't think women will be put off, unless you're wearing them with speedos.

if your just wearing them for warmth and comfort, then i wouldnt think twice about it. just make a self depricating joke about it when youre together. this shows her you have a good sense of humour, your down to earth, and you dont mind pokinf fun at yourself. it also shows that your comfortable and confident with your sexuality. if she doesnt appreciate this or it freaks her out then shes probably not worth the effort, girls who only want big macho men are usually insecure anr immature. if your doing it because it turns you on, then you shound explain it to her. lots of girls like it when their bf wears their knickers, maybe you can set up a similar arrangement with tights! if you really care what ppl think that much, you could always get long johns, theyre a bit sad, and you'd have to make a bit of a joke of them too, but at least their not womens clothes! but i say find someone who loves you AND the tights lol

I used to work on building sites a long time ago and in the winter i wore tights (2 pair) to keep the cold out until one day i had an accident and when the ambulance driver cut off my jeans i was so embarrassed, never again.

well if you are wearing tights under your trousers no-one will know just make sure you don't get run over and have to go to hospital

If a man wore tights I would think he was gay and if he were hitting on me I'd think he was gay AND punch him in the nose, its really you're desision but I wouldn't recommend it.

i think most women would find that off putting, yes.
They'll think you're gay and/or a cross dresser.
But if its what you want to do, go for it. **** everyone else :)
