ok any ones who read the manga knows that they were suppose to show kakashi gaiden before naruto came back. ( for thoses who dont know, kakashi gaiden is the story on how kakashi got his sharingan) so are they going to show it or not?

They simply haven't animated it yet. Because of the long period of fillers and then them officially deciding to go back to the storyline, they wanted a hyped up way to go back to the storyline, and their solution was creating a "new naruto series" with a new name and advertising it as 2 years later. Although, true in the manga it does the same thing as a 2 year time skip, the Kakashi Gaiden was sort of oddly placed in the manga, and would have been a ramdom thing to put at the beginning of Shippuden as well.
I doubt it will appear in an OVA, as the Jump Fest OVAs are generally storylines created by Studio Pierrot. But, I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up in the 4th movie that's being created, should be comming out in Japan probably around August. Since there is an image of Kakashi on the poster, it very well could be that they do the Kakashi Gaiden in the movie, since all they really need is a storyline where Kakashi has to explain is past or the story calls for an explination of Kakashi's past.
If it dosen't show up in the movie, then they probably have no plans to animate it or their are waiting for a good time in the anime to introduce it.

I think the Kakashi Gaiden episodes were some video or DVD bonus thing in Japan. Maybe they didn't make them at all. Makes sense to me. I mean, they had enough anime filler as it was.

Kakashi gaiden was a filler episode and since they deleted them all you won't be able to watch it online anymore

They're not showing it in the anime but it was released in the manga as a filler between Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. I'm guessing it'll probably published in English but not anytime soon as they are still releasing the regular Naruto manga at present.

I think they will show it in a Original Anime Video. That's the only solution I found.
