I firmly believe so.

There are two ways they work it. Some families have been here for so long they are well woven into society. Indeed many are among the elite and the aristocracy they have been here for so long. Many live in remote places on the planet and lead quiet lives. Most of them work quietly behind the scenes working to better the world we live in. Scientists, doctors, educators, diplomats, law. Of course they do not show themselves to us. How badly they would be treated! It would undo decades of hard work and contribution to the human race.

These remote areas are also where newcomers are acclimatized to life here on earth. There is a definite period of transition of course. At some point, however, these people will "out" themselves and, as expected will most likely be rounded up and sent off to camps. They are easy to identify once their clothing is removed for most have a specific difference according to their race that cannot be hidden.

There is an ancient culture on this planet that has lived among you but never really been of you, who with whom these travellers are very close. Even when you marry into them it is often a long time before you begin to know their secrets, but once you do, the world will never be the same. By then you love them as deeply as they love you and will go to extraordinary ends to protect their privacy.

I disagree with you all.

No. Aliens are not among us. They gave up on us and went home a long time ago when they realized that we were just going to wipe ourselves out anyway.

Yes. This guy in my lab has a big head, like really big and egg shaped. He wears sunglasses, claiming that he has a light sensitivity disease. His skin is white. Doesn't move his lips much when he talks. He has really big rubber soles on his shoes, like he's trying to insulate himself from something. One time he let something slip and called me "earthling." I'm suspicious. His favorite TV show is the Twilight Zone re-runs.
