You'll have to start by clarifying what your position is on it. Is this an argumentative paper, and if so, for or against? Or is it simply a factual report? If so, what has your research shown?

Praise God you are in school and studying. I don't have enough background information to help you but I can tell you this - go to the Word and pull out all the areas where God used women to do his will. You can start there - also go to the website and type any question regarding women in the minstry, women in the bible, etc. You will be able to gain lots of information just by seeing how God used whom he would - and who was willing to 'go".....Then you can find the statement that would incorporate the equality of women in ministry. It's going to be rough - because the 'inequality' comes about because of the lack of wisdom and knowledge in the Word of God - He created us equal and made us righteous in and through His Son - that qualifies and quantifies women in their places - so the 'inequality' comes about because of man. In the Original Nazorean Christian Church that Jesus was part of, (The Church of Jerusalem) it was proper for women to hold office and also be preists.
If one searches the Essenes (They wrote the Dead Sea Scrolls) and their practices, they would find equality was the rule when men and women were concidered for the ministry of church duties.
The only exception in in the Essene's Qumran stronghold on the shore of the Dead Sea, that was strictly for men.
