I have just been prescribed a two week course of Diclofenac for a problem knee.. however im not too sure what this is and what it will do... i thought it was just a painkiller, so wont the problem still be there when i finish the course?

Hi! I have been taking this for 9 years for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is a anti-immflamatory med.

Not sure why they would only give you a 2 week supply unless you have a follow up visit after. I hope it works for you. Best of luck!

Diclofenac is a anti imflamority i was prescribed it when i had Sacroliitus but i had to come off it as it gave me a form of internal bleeding, which is a common side effect
