None of them really report what is happening even in our own country. I mean we have serious problems with crime up 10% in 46 out of the top 50 metropolitan areas, almost 700,000 registered sex offenders and who knows how many unregistered and $3.15 a gal. gas in CA but all the news can concentrate on for a month is Anna Nicole Smith and her death? She was at best an untalented human being yet we waste all this time on her?

I would say the networks aren't stupid, it is people who take news about Anna N.S. more seriously than they do about events that actually affect themselves and their own lives and environments, that are the dumb ones.

At least CNN tries to report the news. MSNBC wins hands down simply because they have the god of all news, Keith Olberman. As for FOX, they don't report the news. They simply spin the facts for the right wing.

FNC is fair and always has both sides represented the majority of the time.
CNN - Glenn Beck is a refreshing addition; Lou Dobbs on Immigration is right on; the rest are mostly biased but improving knowing they need to present both sides.
MSNBC - Biased the majority of the time and going down fast in the ratings.
