Do I have to have 1 pimary active partition and 1 logical none active.

or 1 pimary active partition and 1 primary none active.

or does it matter.

also whats the difference between pimary and logical and whats the advantage.

Though you're in the wrong category, I'll try to help.
* First, Primary vs Logical: You always have to have 1 primary. Only primaries can be booted from in Windows ( if you're running anothe rOS this isn't always true )
Logical partitions are actually not "real" partitions themselves, but are sub-partitions within the "extended partition". For practical purposes, there is no other difference
* Your "active" partition, is the one you want the compute rto boot from. So you should leave the primary partition active.
