Im 22 and having a problem. The thing is its my penis skin. The problem is at the bottom of the shaft where the penis meets the testicles. Right there my skin is red, alost as if I have a rash. Last night i did feel some pain, but mostly its been very itchy. I want to go to a doc, but I have no health insurance and my job wont give insurance till ive been there for about 6 months. Anyone know where people like me can go who have no health coverage go? I live in Aurora, il. Thanks

Well the thing is I think it might have happen because I had sex with my gf when she started to get her period, (yeah i know nasty, no i did not do oral lol) It does feel as if someone is pulliong on the pubic hairs that are attched to the "sack". Its only till now that it has been hurting. I might try that. Also the rest of my penis is normal, but that part is red and somewat oily. Thanks again

Could be eczema. Do you have a county health department? Is there any chance it could be an STD? Sorry that I don't know anything about services available in Aurora. Anyway, if it is eczema or psoriasis around the hair follicles in such a sensitive area, I can imagine it is uncomfortable and disturbing to say the least. You might be able to try some over-the-counter creams that are formulated for these types of conditions. They are relatively inexpensive if you buy the generic. Grab a couple tubes off the shelf and walk up to the window of your local pharmacy. Mind you, it's probably not a good idea to show your condition to the pharmacist... but all you probably have to say is that you have some sensitive skin and a sensitive area and then let the pharmacist's guide you the rest of the way. Good luck!

Sounds to me that you either might have a rash, yeast infection or have an allergic reaction with the type of soap you use to clean yourself with in the shower. Try keeping it clean and see abt getting some type of medicine to put on it. The medicine should help clear that redness on the shaft of your penis in a couple days. Good Luck

Go to Planned Parenthood, most clinics have a sliding scale and payment depends on how much money you make. Sounds like you have a STD, did you use a condom? Just be carefull there is a lot of junk out there to catch

Go to a walk in clinic and pay for a dr visit. It won't cost you an arm and leg. Many people do it.

Thanks for letting us know that it was a male penis problem. A female penis problem would require different treatment.
