You might be able to get an administrative position at a number of places. Maybe in a research or clinical setting. I've also seen a lot of psychology grads go into HR. You will undoubtedly have to work as an HR Assistant for a few years before you could get a position of real responsibility but unfortunately the market for B.A.s (as opposed to B.S.s) is really drying up fast. Have you considered getting your RN? If you aren't dependent on employment right now and have time to spend another year or so doing some classes you could go to a local program to get your RN. While nursing may not be immediately appealing to you, there are a lot of "desk jobs" in the field where your RN combined with your psychology degree would make you a very strong employee and I don't think you'd be wanting for jobs.
