I mean the gods like Zeus, Aphrodita, Apolo,...etc Are there writings on this topic...telling how these gods has ever shown up to someone?
e.g.In the movie it results that Paris saw Aphrodita..Hera..and another goddess...

Τhe gods at the greek mythology show up several times.They have human feelings and many times fall in love ,fighting.argue,
protect the mortal people.Especially the war or Troy wasn't only a war between people.It was also a war between the immortal gods!!Aphrodita,Apolo,Aris were with the Troyans and Hera,Athina were with Argives(Greeks).I hope that I helped you!!

My mom's from Greece. I've never seen the movie you're referring to but as far the gods I hope you realize they are part of Ancient Greek mythology a lot like their Roman counterparts. If you search the web you can find a lot of the Greek myths regarding the gods and goddesses.

The ancient gods do not show up with any greater frequency than the modern ones do. Mythological gods do take a leap of faith to believe in them every bit as much as any other gods do.You see, gods have a tendency to "reveal" themselves to believers, in other words to people who have taken that leap of faith as well as a leave from their senses.
