Enzymic reactions, like all chemical reactions go at a speed which is dependent on the temperature. Lookup Arhenius's law for reference. On a more practical level, it's clear that only Deomocratic enzymes will be affected as not all the Republican ones accept global warming yet.

enzymes, have a certain limit of temperature, beyond which they die(actually , it means they get useless.)
and since global warming increases the world temperature, there is a possibility that our enzymes might get affected.
if enzymes are affected, our body metabolism will also get affected!
for ex., the last year recorded a growth of 0.73C in average world temperature.
and, if that continues, honestly, i dont want my body to stop working

Believe it or not, whatever you hear or what teachers tell you. Global Warming was made up by Dole, he just thought of an issue and invented one. It has not even taken 1% into effect...
