I would expect that she is mature enough to see the same inner truth, past the outward trappings of various styles of worship. She has a lifelong affinity with High Church worship when she is in London or at Windsor, and with the plainest style of Reformed worship at Crathie Church when she is at Balmoral. She is sure to be familiar with other styles in between, and entirely comfortable with them too.

The services at H.M. The Queen's private chapel in Windsor are middle of the road Anglican services. That must give some indication of her persuasions. She does not choose the Archbishop of Canterbury. That is a task for the Prime Minister.

Queen Elizabeth II is at as quickly as descended from King James I, who substitute into Queen Elizabeth I's first cousin two times bumped off. hence, if i'm counting the generations properly, Elizabeth II is a accepted cousin fourteen instances bumped off of Elizabeth I.

She is decidedly middle of the road with no High Church tendencies. Probably feels right at home with her church of Ireland subjects.

She is not HRH, she is Her Majesty. Since she is head of the Church of England, she must accomodate both practices.
