I presume you are talking about physical beauty. If so a gorgeous woman you saw and dreamt about 20 years ago would not be as beautiful and gorgeous today because of the passing of time and the effect it has on the human body. I find gorgeous a hard word to define. Beauty comes from the heart that never changes with time.
