Where can I find a grooming job where my employer isn't a total prat?

I'm a qualified groom who works my *** off for no reason, my employer doesn't appreciate me even though I do 11 hour days 6 days a week and have 11 horses to do on my own. I'd like to find someone to work for who doesn't take the mickey (I know they exist-I worked for one!). I'm not afraid of hard work, in fact I love it and horses are my world - I just don't like being lied to about what my job is! Any nice employers out there - Warwickshire area only please - let me know! I have my own car and do not need live in!
