I have my shoes so stretched out that I don't have to tie the laces. On a new pair of shoes, I put a shoe on and tie it then put the other on and tie it. Afterwards I just kick them off...saves time.

i grab both shoes and run for the lift - then i put them both on, tie then and eat my toast on the way down to the carpark.

if the lift stops at other floors on the way I have time to shave too - otherwise i do that in the car whilst i'm cleaning my teeth
