Some Eastern European countries are still pretty affordable to live in, as well as some in South America.

The cheapest city in the world to live in is Asuncion in Paraguay. Other cheap cities are Buenes Aires, Brazil; Montevideo, Uruguay ; and Caracas, Venezuela.

Believe it or not, the most expensive city to live in was an Asian city, Tokyo. Moscow has now replaced Tokyo as most expensive.

Check out the second link below. It is a good overview. The cheapest for you is a matter of personal preference. Mexico, Panama, and Belize are all cheap, but the healthcare and employment kinda lacks.

Brazil is quite costly now. The fx cost has long previous from 4:a million to 2:a million interior the previous 5 years. you could no longer get a marvelous house in Sao Paulo or Rio for decrease than US$2,000 a month. The north is a little greater low-value, yet there are no longer any deals. so some distance as i comprehend, China is in Asia, yet i need to be worng. Venezuela and Colombia are the main inexpensive, in my view. Ecuador, Nicaragua and Bolivia, to boot, yet i does no longer prefer to stay there and the factors are lots below Venezuela and Colombia the place you will get each and each of the comforts of the U. S. in any first rate sized city.

A "normal standard of living" is what a particular individual is accustomed to. Since I live in the U.S., the cheapest living for me is to be far from a large city or metropolitan area. I thrive in a rural area in the southern U.S.; People living in this area are not considered normal by media standards however. But we don't care what they think.
