Sometimes the combination sperm & vaginal secretions can produce a smell. It sounds more like your girlfriend has something else going on. It could be her diet, too tight close or if she's on any medication or stress the list goes on.
If you care about her & you're concerned about her well being, I would have a talk with her. Perhaps, she needs to go for a check up with her doc.
Douching is contra-indicated, this would disturb the natural ph of her vagina & make the problem worse.

Douche's are actually not a good thing for women, she might have an infection, that would cause a smell, If she does the douche will push the infection further into the system and not really help out, the best thing is just vinegar and water, you need to find out when the last time she went to a doctor. When I was in school and there was a stinky girl we told her she had crotch rot.

Grab the bull by the horns and let her know. But just do it in a nice way.
People don't realize it when they offend others with their body odors and appreciate it when told since they don't intentionally want to offend anyone with the problem. At first she might be taken back and embarrassed. but when she thinks it over, she will realize it was in her best interests.

You have to be honest with her. She may not realize she has an odor. Maybe a visit to a doctor is needed because a normal vagina doesn't have a foul odor.

It could be many causes for this. The type of panties that she wears like cotton or silk.. Her weight, is she a big woman? .... Put a little female powder down in that area to keep it dry and powder fresh.

you need to tell her to go see a doctor. women dont just smell specifically becuase they are nasty or have poor hygine. it is a sign of an infection. therefore she prolly has a bactierial infection such as BV which is made worse after sex as far as smell is concerned !!!
