i need to correct form 1096 add more 1099's to it what form do i use?

Assuming that you mean you are wanting to add more 1099's of the same type..i.e. 1099-DIV or 1099-B, etc... then I don't see why you can't just file another 1096 with the additional information on it. As you're probably aware, you must file a seperate 1096 for each type of 1099 that you issued.
