Im doing my thesis about Differences in Personality between Chinese and Indian in Indonesia according to NEO PI-R personality inventory? What should i write at the beginning-middle-closing (i mean the flow) so that people can understand when reading it. Can u give me the guideline? i'd really appreciate it..

The Chinese in Indonesia have the freedom of exploration and are culturally accepted as outcast. Opposingly, the Indonesian in Indonesian is expected to assimilate and conform with Indonesia's everyday life.
