HI I want access my office web or mail server from outside from the office. I have d link GLB-502T router, static ip and win 2003 server as mail server and web server. so how can i forward outeside request to my server e.g. - i am at my branch office and through internet i m sending mail to headoffice@myoffice.com or how can see web page of my web server? plz help me

I am not familiar with your router, but in the configuration you must enable port forwarding or virtual server. It allows you to specify that inbound traffic for certain ports (25 for smtp, 110 for pop mail, 80 for web server) should be directed to a specific address on the inside (LAN) of the router.

Your 2003 server will undoubtedly have a LAN ip if it is connected to the router. You need to port forward in the router to that IP so it can respond. Otherwise your router will do its job and act as a WALL keeping everything out.
You may need to check to see which ports you need to forward. 21(ftp) 25 and 110 (mail) 80(http) 443(https) etc.
