FDR was the best with Clinton coming in a close second. George W Bush is by far the worst of all time. You probably couldn't take the all the worst qualities from three other bad presidents and come out with something worse than Bush.

To me Lincoln was the best president and bec I dont remember much about presidents other then big Bush, Clinton and little Bush, to me G.W. Bush is the worst president. I remember as a kid hearing how terrible Reagan was and how Carter wasn't great either. Also how Ford pardoned another bad president (Nixon) And Clinton with his indiscretions but I think when you bring your country into a war with false intelligence and not go after the people who hurt us makes him the worst to date.
