If you think about doing something all the time you will problaby be good at it.To start off small is a good idea and as you get better upgrade to more expensive equipment.I retired and started playing a keyboard I had bought my daughter,I got pretty good at it so I got a full size one for myself .now it has become part of my daily routine and i really enjoy it.same thing happened with fixing things .I always like to tear things apart and see what made them tick.A friend gave me a broken lawnmower one day and i tore it apart to see if i could get it working.i ended up buying a book on mower repair and some tools ,it was so satisfying when i got it running.now i can just about repair anything. mowers vaccum cleaners tablesaws nailguns washing machines dryers anything electrical.CLEAR YOUR MIND AND SAY TO YOURSELF IF I HAD NO WORRIES ABOUT MONEY WHAT WOULD I ENJOY DOING.

Get started by thinking about which art you like the most.
Go on the Internet and look up different things that can help you and get right to it. If you keep putting it off, you'll never do it.
I'm a professional write with two books published by Macmillan and a third one almost completed.
I also illustrate my own children's books.
With painting you've got many styles to pick from, many mediums to work in and a world of subjects.
The longer you wait, the less you will accomplish.

Writing, actually...
When I was in high school I attended several journalism workshops, was editor of the school paper and won several awards.
Unfortunately, like so many other people I know, our current occupation(s) may not actually be the best reflection of or put to full use our talents, or we get so busy with the daily obligations of life that we don't give ourselves time to re-explore our gifts.
If you are looking to explore your artistic side, you might contact your local community college and see if they are offering any drawing classes. Sometimes colleges also offer adult community courses, which are available to the general public without having to enroll as an actual "student." Good luck to you on your journey!

I'm super good at karate. I've always liked it, but once I started doing it, I was awesome! Seriously. I point sparred with a blue belt when I was a sad white belter. I got five points. He got one.
Start small - maybe start sketching on scraps of paper or play with watercolors in your spare time. Do you want to go pro or something? That only takes time and patience - and talent, of course.
There's a website devoted to art, where you can talk to other users, post your art and get feedback on it, look at other pictures, stuff like that. It's really cool. It's called deviantART. Here's a link. Or, if it doesn't work, you can copy-paste it into your URL thingie, or you can search for "deviant art" on your computer. Take your pick!

TALENT&
LATENT are the2words having same letters. So, everyone has a talent that is latent(hidden).Me too in the same category! I love singing and writing poems.I tried many times to come up on stage&sing in a beautiful voice(i've it)but as soon as i hold the mike i start shivering&in this way i left singing. But, whenever i write poem i post them to Y answers&also show it to my friends&the beautiful part is that, they appreciate.
I think one should not hesitate to show thier talent. They should've the courage&strong determination to let the world know that YOU are SPECIAL! Different from others.so everyone out here get out of your shyness&take out some time&rock the world. All the best!!!!

1. I remember in about Grade 4, we had a poster contest on who makes the best poster for the book "Island of the Blue Dolphins" I though to myself "I'm gonna lose" But after the votes, I WON! :-)
2. Playing violin was super complicated. I almost quit, but with practice, I'm professional. :-)
All it needs was determination. Hope you like these hidden talents.
P.S. Now I know why it's called hidden talents!

Well, i just started drawing this morning during the DSTP (Delaware Student Torture Program) (I'm sure the grader will LOVE all the little doodles in the margin!) and a guy who hates me forgot he did and burst out with, "How the hell are you able to draw that well?!"
...Needless to say, the test proctor gave us a dirty look and said, "Lovebirds, settle down and take the test."
We were NOT happy to be called lovebirds! But, Yeah, I guess my hidden talent would be drawing. Maybe. O_o
