and even man-made?The total number of elements known at present is more than 100.Ninety-two elements are naturally ocurring and the rest are man-made.Please help me!

I don't need a pictorial valency chart ,I need something like:-
Hydrogen-H+
Iodide-I-
Chloride=Cl-
A simplified valency chart like this which is alphabetical..I am in standard tenth,so according to that standard!!!

Look close above the element symbol. I shows all the oxidation states for that particular element known!
