i think it's perfect. it's short and to the point. it's very professional and you don't want a whole lot of nonsense. this is awesome. i'd hate to see your breakup letters, though. hahaha. happy day:)

I am an office manager also and your letter is straight forward, and to the point. It is also pleasant and leaves the applicant some hope for a future job possibility. Good job
