When I log into my email on Yahoo at work...I want to be able to use my password each time so that others can not get into my mail...help please!

Just do NOT check the "remember my password" box and it should prompt you for the password each time. Also remember to log out when you are finished with your e-mail.

At work it may not be able to happen since if the boss thinks a employee is not doing their work but using the time for personal email they can get in through the administrator.
If you want to keep things personal do all your emailing,unless its company related, to your home computer.

Don't ask your browser to remember passwords, and don't opt for sites to "remember me" etc..

If its too late. empty your browser's password history and cookies.
