Usually, a full bladder wakes me up.
we don't sleep for weeks because we would probably die of thirst and starvation!

well, my body doesnt know the slightest thing about waking up and sleeping. its 12:30 am and i have the energy to get up and do aerobics for an hour. then when i REALLY SHUD BE DOING aerobics, my body is dead. full on asleep.
tonite, i showered hopin that it'll help get me sleep y and i think its starting to kick in...

b/c depending on your age your body only needs a certain amount of slep for example
5-9yrs:10-12 hours of sleep
9-13yrs:8-10 hours of sleep
14-18yrs:6-8 hours of sleep
ADULT:4-6hours of sleep
if you are exhausted then you may need more but that gives you a general idea

the body only needs on average 8 hours of sleep to basicly restart the brain. some peoplea brain restart slower and basicly sleep for weeks, narcleplsy. or cant restart and all, insomnia

not mum bf pushing u out of bed and puting his arm on my head which wakes me up and my alarm woke me up at 5 this moning to got to work.. your body just gets used to a certain amount of sleep and just depends how warn out you r and that.

... Apparently, the human body does not need to hibernate for the cold winter seasons, unlike bears or other mammals - prehistoric man traveled in groups, like wolves and bison, so the need to hibernate must have been 'bred out' of us eons ago..! ;) ...
