I`m hoping to get a pet elephant called Pedro, and I`ll train him to sit and fetch. I like to use a positive reinforcement method of training, ie rewarding good behaviour. Any one got a large quantity of free buns?

Be sure you are able to look after Pedro properly, they can be hard work. I had to get rid of my elephant cos he kept getting out and going down the local supermarket and rummaging in the bins. you need a big house also cos the elephant flap in the door has to be huge. I couldn't get "cuddles" to use the bloody thing, he kept trying to get in through the window. House training is a bit of a problem too, especially in the early days, i promise you when an elephant does his jobbies there is a awful lot of it. I used to get my local garden centre to take some of it off my hands, the rest i would scatter willy nilly about the countryside. It may be my fault that there are so many rumours of elephants living wild in England, cos of all the elephant s**t i scattered. I will say they are fun especially if you take the time to teach them to talk.
