Foods that start with E:
Eggplant (is a vegetable, not eggs), Emu, Enchiladas, and Endive
Foods that start with Z:
Zebra Tomatoes, Zucchini or Zucchini Bread/Muffins, Zante(dried fruit), Zhane (sponge cake), Zhuh (berry), Zungenwurst (sausage)
I guess maybe you can decide which 2 go together best.

Zucchini (american and italien word for courgette) and eggplant ( also known as aubergine)
they would tast great together in a lasagne...or in a vegatable idian dish which my mum actually makes quite frequently....
i think they would also taste nice in a spaghetti bolognese as an alternative for ,meat or a meat substitute.... :)

It sounds like there are a lot of things that go with zucchini.
