When someone says "One" or "One Love" to you when you are about to leave them or hang up the phone, what does it mean exactly?

If ur about to leave them ..it may mean that ...for them ...you are the one. Meaning ..they think ..that u the special sumone that they'v been looking for their entire livez to fall in love with.
Maybe the person is in love with u. but i cant be sure ..u havent given much detail of the background of the situation.

i think they letting you know they love you, for who know what going to happen ,before the day are night done an gone,,, for we know now what will come to us,,, it good to tell all you love, that you love them
