I am flying to Las Vegas from the East Coast for a wedding. I have my cell phone set for 9am Eastern time which is when I take it, how should I go about taking it when in Las Vegas?

Use ur cell phone. Dont change the time on it. Wear a wrist watch instead.

I just returned from Vegas! I live on the gulf coast and I take birth control so I had the same issue. Say you live in New York, then Las Vegas is 3 hours behind you. If you take your BC at 9am then that would mean you should take it at 6am in Vegas. But honestly, I don't think there is that big of a risk taking it a few hours later than usual as long as you take it everyday; if you don't want to wake up that early just to take a pill.
I'm not doctor but taking it a few hours off due to time zone change didn't effect me at all.

proceed to take your pill daily until you end the %.. as long as you're taking it as wide-spread-24hours between each and each pill then there is not a difficulty. Take the desirable days pill eg Sunday & take the two last ones on the top. That way you will in no way be taking them 2 days at the back of each and every time.

An hour or two won't make a diference. If you are concerned just take it at the same time in your home's time zone.
