I believe that nobody can write a book in 14 days...?
There are some websites that selling CDs at the price of 297USD and saying that every body can write any kind of book in 14 days or LESS!

Is that a TRICK or is that POSSIBLE?

No, it is entirely possible to write a book in two weeks. However, the quality of the book can be greatly diminished if all you worry about is churning out anything in a short amount of time. If you have a great idea and passion for it, I can see doing nothing but writing for two weeks and having a great book. Children's books (twenty pages) or collections of already written work may be easier to polish off than the next great american novel.
No CD is going to be your path to a best seller. You can get twenty excellent how-to books or even a class for that money. Don't waste it.

To write a quality book in 14 days would require a lot of freaking amphetamines. That's the only way it's possible.
