I have a key and I put in the key to the unlock position and it won't open. The knob which used to turn from the lock to the unlock position now just swivels all the way around and even when i put it in the unlock position with the key turned to unlock, it still won't open!!! The battery is dead so I cannot type in the security code either. HOW DO I GET THIS THING OPEN?!?! please help!!! :)

I've tried looking it up on the internet but can't find it. Also, I seemed to have lost the owner's manual! lol So I guess a locksmith or sledgehammer it is!

you will have to get a lock smith or call the manufacture.

Can you replace the battery without getting into the safe?
Refer to your owners manual. If that doesn't tell you, call the company. You can look up the number by doing a search on the internet, if you don't have the book.
