Try to open up all the windows and doors and spray the whole thing down with the auto-febreeze. Let it air dry!
Also make sure that you wipe down the dash, and clean the inside windows.

I had the same problem in my car. I put 2 or 3 small bowls filled with white vinegar leave it overnight. It worked for me.

Go to a car wash service and ask for interior shampoo. Are they will shampoo the interior of your car for you with a high fee.

on the next nice day, roll down all your windows and go for a ride. it should air out the car. and when your done spray it down with some car scents. and maybe go for another ride?
