If your single and SMART you wear a condom. If your single and STUPID you end up with an STD or yet even a child. (course a child is not a bad thing just unexpected. Especially if its a one night stand or an unhealthy/unsteady relationship.)

Legally I'm single. My girlfriend and I have been together for years and as far as we're concerned, we're husband and wife. We don't need a piece of paper to say we want to spend the rest of our lives together. We haven't used condoms in years.
But you are right though. Especially the way teens go about having sex as a status thing. We're going to see the 60's all over again in a decade or two.

It is smart to wear a condom even if you aren't single. I know several women who have gotten pregnant even though they were using the pill or patch.
