It was an accident. Here 's wikipedia's description of the event.
On May 28, 2001, Brian Ong volunteered to receive a flapjack from Singh. Singh did this move with two others in the gym that night, including one of the trainers, so Ong could see how it was done. Ong botched receiving the move, as he grabbed Singh's shirt instead of pushing off his back as the coaches had instructed him. He landed wrong and incurred a severe injury. Ong had suffered a previous concussion, and this second concussion ultimately proved fatal for him. As Singh inadvertently caused his death, Ong's family brought a lawsuit against All Pro Wrestling and were awarded damages of over $1.3 million.

Rowdy Roddy Piper is definitely Canadian and used to stay on the streets till now starting to be a specialist wrestler. while he substitute right into a wrestler he carried a gun with him everywhere he went. WQ: i does not positioned him authentic 5, i don't comprehend the place on my record i might throw him. With the likes of Dynamite youngster, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Ricky Steamboat, Jushin "thunder" Liger, Bret Hart, Mr. suited, Nick Bockwinkle...there is in simple terms any such good sort of wrestlers i might rank above Jericho on an all time record of maximum appropriate wrestlers. in step with possibility he might make my authentic 25, yet even that should be slightly stretch on my record. he's powerful, and a great heel as we talk, I do exactly not see him genuine intense on my all time record of maximum appropriate wrestlers.
