Scoop cups of water from the tank to the bucket and back again. Start with one then a few monutes later do two, wait a while (5-10 minutes) and do a few more. Go on like this for about 30-45 minutes and the water in the bucket will be the same as the water in the tank and you can simply pour or net them back into the tank with no worries.

You don't necessarily need a bubble strip or air stone. Just dipping a few cups of water out of the bucket and puring it back in, creating a slight splash, will add oxygen to he water.

As for the bags, a simple Zip-loc bag (gallon size if possible)or something like that works fine. That's what I use when I have a need to move a fish from one tank to another. If you don't have those, you can also use a plastic bowl or something that you can fill about half full of water and float it. Just keep an eye on it to make sure the fish doesn't jump out.

In your situation, you shouldn't have too much trouble. The pH of the bucket and the tank should be almost identical since you did a 75% water change and the temperature should be relatively close.

If you can't find anything at all to float the fish in, you will probably be OK just to put them back in the tank. If you want to do that, use a thermometer to keep a check on the temp of the tank water and the bucket water. Once they are within about 2 degrees of each other, you can add the fish as a 2 degree sudden change, although not good won't be bad Obviously, the closer the temp is to being the same, the better. If possible though, floating to acclimate would definitely be best.

Just go to you're local pet store and ask them for a couple of bags. You should have no problem getting one. If not use a Tupperware container preferably one with thin sides. You may have to use some sort of clip to attach it to the side (inside) of the tank so it doesn't tip over. This will work fine too...Good luck...
