Please name the game and character as well.
My favourite is Cloud's Omnislash from FFVII, powerful, nicely animated and well worth the effort it took to unlock.

I thought Bahamut Zero (FFVII) was pretty cool.

If it counts the "Nights of the Round" summon in FFVII! now that was well worth the effort of breading a god damm gold chocobo! (which seemed like it took an eternity of trial and error by the way!)

Knights of Round is an incredible summons, and I also liked Cids limit break Dragon Dive.
I didn't really use many of the limit breaks, I had the double-cut materia, and it wasn't long before I had Cloud doing 4x 9999. He also Mastered the Counter Attack Materia.
I miss that game :) Got Cloud and Vincent to level 99. Oh, and I had a whole load of Golden Chocobos.
I've got FFVIII but haven't managed to get in to it the same. Don't think any game with ever top VII.

I like the most character is the squall from FFVIII, his limit break is the 'Lion Heart' and so powerful that he can kill the Cactus King in one round when he use his limit break. Too powerful for it as it deal around 9999 damage per hit and can hit over 20 hits. Ouch!
