i really like to shake and bake. i put on my favorite disco album or dance mix U.S.A.(number 1) and shake and bake the day away. happy day:)

Unless your diet conscious they both have their evils. For example, fried is higher in cholesterol and perhaps not good for most people. Now shakes and bakes are loaded with higher carbs for the most part. So that is a sin to those weight watching and carb counting. This is where your health and taste buds come into play. Fried always tastes better but shakes and bakes are becoming innovative with flavors and seasonings. Even making your own could help cut those carbs and really enhance the flavor where you might not get with frying.
