I answered allot of questions in one week. Everyday got to the limit on answering.

I'm not too sure, actually. I just signed on one day and it was there. Just stay in the polls/surveys category and answer/ask a LOT of questions.

I believe you have to have 20 best answers. I am not 100% sure.

I don't know...I thought you just had to answer so many questions in the same category?

you have to consistently ask and answer questions in that section and getting best answers helps too.

I think it was because of consistent high scores, in my case.
