In terms of "feeling" pregnant - it can be almost as soon as you conceive (up to 5 days after intercourse) because some women are just that "intune" with their bodies. For me it took about 10 days! I felt pregnant and my tests (POAS) all came back negative. I waited 4 more days (the typical 14) and got my first positive! I am now pregnant and looking forward to the next steps! GOOD LUCK!

I just found yesterday that I am 5 wks. pregnant and I still don't feel pregnant! I still can't really believe it either! LOL! Anyway, the only symptom I am having at the moment is sore breasts! So you probably won't be able to feel like you are pregnant until you are a few months along! Good luck with whatever happens!

I've never known anyone to feel anything at all at 1 weeks pregnant.
You may be bringing on the "symptoms" yourself, it happens to lots of women trying to conceive.

my sister swears she had morning sickness since conception, but most often i don't hear of anyone having symptoms 1 week after. I thought i did once, but it was just wishful thinking...

Good Luck though!!!
