I am a 9th grade teacher, and i let my students watch the movie: the incredibles. i told them that it was serious that they'd pay attention to it, because i was going to quiz them. i have made 4 questions for them. i wanna know if you would actually know the answer to the questions that i am about to give you.
1) describe the personalities of two of the main characters. how do they change? what happens to make them change?
2) explain one internal and one external conflict and how it is resolved. choose a main conflict.
3) explain the theme of the movie. what is the lesson that is learned. who learns the lesson? how does she or he learn it?
4) outline the plot, the introduction, the rising action, the climax, the falling action, and the resolution.
please don't answer if you are just going to leave rude comments, this is very serious and is only for serious people, so i would appreciate you not playing games, and answer these questions from your understandings of the movie......!

I'm assuming you're not hoping for one word answers! Yeah, I think I could answer those questions. You have lucky students, I don't remember getting to watch movies like The Incredibles as part of class in school! Has been a wee while though.

Yes, I think that is a very reasonable quiz, but I would limit that type of movie playing in the classroom. Also, Disney movies were a BIG NO NO in our District because of the Copyright law from Disney.

Although this is intersting, it is less of a quz and more of an essay paper. I mean, Question Four could take several paragraphs on its own
